Thursday/Friday: 8am-12pm and 4pm-6pm
Saturday: 8:30am-11:30 am

Individual Membership: $25.00/Month
Additional Family Member: $10.00/Month
(Must be same household)
1 year membership: $300.00 + get the 13th month free
Fitness Guest 1 Day: $5.00 & Guest Form must be completed
*No refunds or cancellations of 12-month Membership unless medically necessary
*A 3% convenience charge for use of debit or credit card
Membership Policy for Minors
Minors (under 18 yrs of age) Must have a parent's signature to obtain a membership.
Members MUST be at least 14 years old and accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) with an active gym membership to work out in the gym
Ages 14-15 MUST work out with an adult age 18 with an active fitness membership
Ages 16-17 may work out independently as long as there is a parent signature on the CURRENT MEMBERSHIP FORM
Our gym accommodates members with varying degrees of training, our policies are in place for the safety of our members.

Gym Members: Free
Single Class: $5.00
10 Punch Pass: $40.00

SPIN
Class Description: Climbs, Jumps & Sprints set to upbeat music, some light weights used.
Class Times: Monday @ 5:3opm & Thursday @ 10:00am
STRETCH
Class Description: Yoga type of class--emphasis on stretching
Class Times: Tuesday & Saturday @ 9:00am
Class Location: May be held @ Cullinan Park Shelter Weather Permitting
STRENGTH
Class Description: Pump style class targeting all body parts with reps of light weights
Class Times: Thursday @ 5:30pm
CARDIO CIRCUIT
Class Description: Tabata, Kickbox, Step type workout using exercise balls, balance boards
Class Times: Tuesday @ 5:30pm
PILATES
Class Description: Pilates is a low impact workout. Pilates involves controlled movements that enhance your balance, core strength, mobility, flexibility.
Class Times: Wednesday @ 5:00pm
STEP
Class Description: Fun upbeat music--Cardio
Class Times: Sunday @ 3:00pm
