Staffed Fitness Center & Office Hours

Monday/Tuesday: 8am-12pm and 4pm-7pm

Wednesday: 4pm-7pm

Thursday/Friday: 8am-12pm and 4pm-6pm

Saturday: 8:30am-11:30 am

PLEASE NOTE: All staffing is subject to change at any time based on season and staff availability. Sorry for any inconvenience.


Member Hours

Everyday: 5:00am-10:00pm

Extended Hours Available Upon Request


Member Rates


Individual Membership: $25.00/Month
Additional Family Member: $10.00/Month
(Must be same household)

1 year membership: $300.00 + get the 13th month free

Fitness Guest 1 Day: $5.00 & Guest Form must be completed

*No refunds or cancellations of 12-month Membership unless medically necessary

*A 3% convenience charge for use of debit or credit card


Membership Policy for Minors


  • ALL Minors (under 18 yrs of age) Must have a parent's signature to obtain a membership.

  • Members MUST be at least 14 years old and accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) with an active gym membership to work out in the gym

  • 14-15 year olds MUST work out with an adult over 18 with an active fitness membership

  • 16-17 year olds may work out independently as long as there is a parent signature on the CURRENT MEMBERSHIP FORM

  • Our gym accommodates members with varying degrees of training, our policies are in place for the safety of our members.


Group Fitness Classes

Class Rates:

Gym Members: Free

Single Class: $5.00

10 Punch Pass: $40.00


Current Classes Offered:

All Classes are held at the TAPD Fitness Center unless otherwise specified.

 

SPIN

Class Description: Climbs, Jumps & Sprints set to upbeat music, some light weights used.

Class Times: Monday @ 5:3opm & Thursday @ 10:00am


STRETCH

Class Description: Yoga type of class--emphasis on stretching

Class Times: Tuesday & Saturday @ 9:00am

Class Location: May be held @ Cullinan Park Shelter Weather Permitting


STRENGTH

Class Description: Pump style class targeting all body parts with reps of light weights

Class Times: Thursday @ 5:30pm


CARDIO CIRCUIT

Class Description: Tabata, Kickbox, Step type workout using exercise balls, balance boards 

Class Times: Tuesday @ 5:30pm


PILATES

Class Description: Pilates is a low impact workout.  Pilates involves controlled movements that enhance your balance, core strength, mobility, flexibility.

Class Times: Wednesday @ 5:30pm


STEP

Class Description:Fun upbeat music--Cardio

Class Times: Sunday @ 3:00pm

Please do your part as we are doing our part to keep the safety of our members, staff, and community our top priority. We thank you for your continued support.

  

Each member is equally valuable to us.  All of our services are equally valuable and therefore we now have one basic rate for ALL fitness memberships beginning 2022.  We do offer a bonus family plan member add-on rate for members of the same residence at the current rate of $10.00 per add-on member.  This membership rate will apply to all memberships including students, corporate, military, seniors, and Tremont Business.
